I wanted to share these since they looked so pretty!
I made the crepes using a basic savory crepe recipe. Then, I heated the mangos with some oranges, sugar, and water over the stove to make a sweet filling. Then I stuffed the crepes with the filling and avocado slices, folded into triangles, and garnished with the leftovers. What a great brunch- it tasted just as good as it looked.
