At the Melody Record Shop in Dupont Circle, a man has been arguing with the cashier for 10 straight minutes about returning a CD he doesn't like:
Cashier: No, again, sir, we DO NOT take returns or exchanges on ANY merchandise whatsover, unless the product is defective.
Man: Yes, but it was defective to my ear!
