Blueberry crepes

Crepes in a blueberry rum reduction sauce

This uses a basic dessert crepe recipe. To make the sauce, heat frozen blueberries with sugar and spiced rum over the stove. Fill crepes with blueberry sauce and spoon over the top. They can be folded however you like - in triangles, rollups, etc, but I think triangles are prettiest.
